Conference Policies

  • Registration required: Registration is required for every individual, including all presenters, attending the conference.

  • Tax deductions: Fees for the Coming Together Conference are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses. 

  • Paying by check: During the online registration process, you may use a credit card as payment for conference fees. If paying by check, mail your payment to Global Alliance, Attn: Coming Together Conference, P.O. Box 995, Crozet, VA 22932Registrations will not be processed without payment. Registration is complete when payment is received in full. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Refunds: Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to the conference. Email [email protected] or mail a letter to: Global Alliance, Attn: Coming Together Conference, P.O. Box 995, Crozet, VA 22932. (The Global Alliance is not responsible for delayed mail or incorrectly addressed correspondence.) Refunds will be made by check no later than 30 days after the close of the event.

  • Attendee list disclosure: The Global Alliance will not sell attendee registration information to third-parties. We do share registration information with the current year’s conference sponsors/exhibitors and with whom we are partnered. If you prefer not to receive communications from our conference partners, you may opt-out during the registration process. 

  • Promotional consent: Registration, attendance at, or participation at the Conference and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Global Alliance.

  • Opinions: The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker, or sponsor are not necessarily the views or opinions of the Global Alliance. All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content (including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online web content).
