Please prepare the following before you submit your abstract electronically.

5. Short Abstract (75 words)

6. Long Abstract (250 words)
* Workshop abstracts can be up to 500 words
* If submitting a symposium, you should prepare a short abstract (75 words), an overview abstract (200 words), and a long abstract for each paper in the symposium (250 words). 

7. Learning Objectives (minimum of 2)

8. Preferred Length: Symposium and Workshop presentations must indicate the preferred length of their presentation. 

  • Symposium length options: 50-minutes or 75-minutes
  • Workshop length options: 60-minutes, 90-minutes, 120-minutes, or 180-minutes

9. Policy/Practice Relevance (100 words)

12. Qualification Statement (50 words)
For workshop submissions, a biosketch and short CV must be provided for each presenter.
